Group Workshops / Classes
We conduct group workshops and classes where we'll explore and learn 7 functional movement patterns; Pull, Push, Squat, Lunge, Hinge, Rotation and Gait. We understand that not all of us are capable of certain movements so regression of these exercises would be given. We will ensure that you have a fruitful learning experience and take away from each work shop.
The class includes circuit-style training that is suitable for all levels and ages.

“What can I expect from your class?”
Participants will be introduced to Basic Strength Movements, and learn correct execution of movements to overcome existing body limitations through a circuit-style training.
“When and where are classes held?”
Outdoor Group Classes are held at 8am every Sunday in East Coast Park. Exact location will be shared closer to day of class.
“How big are the classes?”
Each class is open to 5 - 10 participants.
