I offer a free trial session where you experience how my training goes. To get to know you better, there will be a consultation call and physical assessment before the trial.

“Where are trainings conducted?”
Trainings are conducted in-person, at a venue of your choice and at your convenience (e.g. at your home, condo/private gyms, public parks, fitness corners, multi-storey carparks).
“Do I need to bring along my own equipments?”
Fret not, training equipments will be provided for so all you need to do is show up!
“How long is a training session?”
Sessions are 1 hour long.
